Is it a laser? No — it’s IPL (intense pulsed light), not clinic laser.
Suitable for all skin tones? IPL isn’t suitable for very dark skin or for very light blonde, red, grey or white hair. Follow Braun’s skin-tone / hair-colour chart. The SensoAdapt sensor reads your skin tone as you go and adjusts each flash.
