- How to claim: use it for at least 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, submit Philips’ online claim form within 90 days of purchase, then post the product back to Philips in its original packaging with your Claim ID.
- Key conditions: NZ residents aged 18+. Keep your receipt and the original packaging. You pay return postage, and refunds go by bank transfer in about 3–4 weeks. Accessories, trade seconds and auction-site purchases are excluded. Claims close 30 April 2027.
