Philips says Quad Stream is up to 2× as effective as interdental brushes at removing plaque**, and improves gum health in just 2 weeks** (US clinical study, 372 subjects). Best results come from once a day after brushing — not as a substitute for brushing.

Tips if gums bleed at first: start on the lowest pressure, keep sessions short, and give it a few days. Mild bleeding often settles as gums get healthier; if it doesn't, talk to your dentist.

• Clean — steady pressure for everyday flossing. A full tank lasts about 60 seconds in this mode***.
